Case Study: Fitness Centre - Norfolk:

The Culinary Consultancy Company was asked to come up with the menu concept for this newly opening fitness centre and pool.

The idea was to offer simple to prepare food that did not require fully trained expensive chefs while offering imaginative, healthy well cooked and presented fresh food.

We not only introduced a simple and effective restaurant concept and menu but we also trained the staff in preparation and service as well as costing out all dishes and sourcing suppliers.


Case Study: Italian/American Style Restaurant - Istanbul:

This innovative brew pub and restaurant in central Istanbul had been running the same restaurant concept and serving the same menu for over three years, it was wearing thin and the customers, while still coming because of the beer that was brewed on the premises and the atmosphere, were now buying less and less food.

They needed a new restaurant concept in order to re-invent their food offer. The Culinary Consultancy Company did just that, transforming the menu into a more Mediterranean feel, we introduced a full specification manual for all the chefs and spent a week in their kitchens training them in all the dishes (the chefs didn't speak English and we don't speak Turkish!)
