Case Study: Food Manufacturer - Holland

We have been working closely for over three years now with this Dutch based food manufacturer on recipe and product development producing various concepts of frozen ready meals and other products all designed for the British foodservice market.

Case Study: Rail Operator - ONE Anglia

The Culinary Consultancy Company has unique recipe and product development experience in the rail travel industry in the UK. We have been employed by ONE Anglia as it is now (and previously by Anglia prior to the franchise change) to improve the quality of the food offered in the dining cars of their intercity service as part of their constant drive to improve standards. Design new menus, source suppliers, provide recipes and specification sheets for all dishes, conduct training in new dishes both in a group session and one to one real time training on board trains. Also acting as general food consultant on all day to day food issues.

Case Study: Wine Bar Company – City of London

DOur recipe and product development remit here was to design and implement a new range of dishes for the menu of this London Wine Bar company by working with their existing food and beverage team and carrying out extensive hands on training.
