It is far easier to loose money than to make it. Often it is little things but sometimes it is being taken from us rather than just not being made - although we don’t always like to admit it theft is a big part of this industry. Often though it is just because so many people in the industry these days have had little experience of catering and really only need pointing in the right direction or have the right systems in place for things to start going right.
