We reserve the right to cancel or change courses and prices as necessary.
Making a Booking – Clients booking by telephone or email will be deemed to have read the booking conditions and accepted them.
A provisional booking may be made for any course and will be held for 3 days before the place is released.
To confirm the course a deposit must be received or credit card details given by the end of the 3 day period.
We regret we are unable to take provisional bookings for less than 21 days before the date of the course commencement.
DEPOSIT
A 50% deposit of the course cost, is required with your booking. The balance remaining is payable on the day.
If you book less than a month before the course date then we will require the full cost of the course when you book.
CANCELLATIONS
For cancellations 14 days before the course and no-shows on the day the full course fee will be still be payable. If you re book a discount of 25% will be made.
Should you cancel at any time and we are able to re-sell your place we can transfer your booking to another day and you will be charged a cancellation fee of 10%.
If you cancel more than 14 days before the course and we are unable to sell your place, your 50% deposit will be retained by us.
If you re-book to another course and changes have been made to the course fees, the balance will be due for payment, as well as incurring the cancellation fee.
For longer course bookings and those incurring substantial travel costs, we advise seeking relevant insurance.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issue, and are non-refundable.
Our cancellation policy also applies to bookings made using a gift voucher.
We do not take responsibility for any personal belongings or items left at the school.
Minimum age – we regret no one under the age of 18 is permitted on the courses.
DATA PROTECTION ACT
We will keep and use all information on any booking made in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998. If your details are put on our database they may be passed at some stage to suppliers of the Hill House Farm Cookery School or other third parties whose products and services may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to hear from other companies please let us know. |
