Hill House Farm Cookery School can also be hired for corporate days, whether it’s a development day, team building or simply a thank you to your staff, it is a great venue for all your corporate events.
We can cater to a maximum of 26 people and a full day is as follows
Arrive for 10am for coffee then into the kitchen for 10.30am.
We spend the next 2 ½ hours till 1pm in the kitchen watching demonstrations on either a subject of your choosing or just let us suggest a theme for you. These sessions will be part demonstration and part hands on, the amount of hands on will depend upon the number of people attending.
You then enjoy a full lunch, with a tutored wine tasting through out the lunch followed by a wine and cheese pairing session both with Keith Reeves an award winning master of wines.
There will then be a chance to purchase essential supplies for the kitchen and cellar, we have an extensive collection of cookware for sale and Keith will have cases of the wines served for sale too.
The whole day ends around 4pm.
Price - £2000 plus vat (including wines) for the day for up to a maximum of 26 people. |
